In 2026, we, Matt Knaggs from Ohio and Colin Goodman from Northern Ireland, will take on the greatest challenge of our lives: running 350 miles across Ireland, from Mizen Head to Malin Head.

We’ve never met in person, but we’re bound by something powerful — multiple sclerosis, a love of running, and an unshakable belief in living adventurously. We met online through Matt’s Running With MS group and quickly became “MS twins,” sharing the same diagnosis, treatment, and outlook on life.

Together with Colin’s brother Andrew, we’ll run the length of Ireland in 10–12 days, averaging 30–35 miles a day, to prove that MS doesn’t have to hold anyone back.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 for MS Run the US, MS Society UK, and MS Ireland — spreading hope, awareness, and showing that we are all capable of incredible things.

Every step we take helps fight MS, and, you, can be part of it.
